Some great thoughts from my junior.....

"When a scholar is fooled by the prestige of his future university , proud of the exclusivity of the opportunity given prior to his ability, blinded by the worldly reputability of his destiny in a foreign country and the luxury of having his education assisted financially instead of having the true sincerity in seeking knowledge with great humility , then , his scholarship is in doubt, truly"

sorry, this person's name will not be mentioned here....
but his quote really touches the current issue of how Malaysians get dissatisfied when the government tried to implement the real meaning of professionalism and integrity. Indeed its about the scholarship, the government is doing a right job actually, giving the scholarship grant to those who are worthy and fulfilled the "desired", not just the "required" qualities stated by the government itself.

Truly, those are the feelings when you receive a scholarship, get to go really far place, study is some known universities which can guarantee you some degree of competency once you are in the working field, and also incentives that enable you to achieve a higher status compared to your friends. But hey, what happened to the burning desires of learning? gone with the money is it? certainly yes and no, because everyone will keep on thinking how to maintain the incentives given, and how to really use the time to complete the learning course.

Just my 2 cents anyway, i'm grateful to receive the scholarship, and currently trying to perform at very best in order to pursue my studies. May my junior's quote reminds us of humility once more (sometimes we do forget...) and responsibility of doing the best as a student......

ps: yesterday's paper was really tough, can't imagine the scores will be, but still have more paper after this, must get them correctly answered and explained...insyaAllah.......
